Biography

Dr Tan is a dually accredited medical consultant in general internal medicine and medicine for older people. She started and is the clinical lead for TREAT since 2010. TREAT is a multidisciplinary consultant led seven day week admissions prevention service for complex older patients based in the accident and emergency department. TREAT was a finalist in the BMJ Awards 2014 under the emergency care section and shortlisted for the HSJ awards.
