Staff at Barnet Hospital have been recognised for their contribution to medical education, in the form of a plaque from the Royal College of Physicians of London. The award recognises the hospitals’ contribution to education, in hosting the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians part 2 clinical examination (PACES) each year.
Hosting the examinations involves a tremendous amount of effort and dedication on the part of the medical education team, medical registrars, consultant physicians, patients, actors, clinic staff, managers and medical students – all of whom enable the successful hosting of the examinations. The award will be placed in the foyer of the education centre at Barnet Hospital.
