The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust has been named as one of the 100 best NHS trusts to work for by the Health Service Journal (HSJ).
The magazine has compiled a list of the best healthcare trusts using an employee engagement and satisfaction survey, which was carried out before the Royal Free London acquired Barnet and Chase Farm hospitals in July.
The data was split into seven core areas, such as leadership and planning, work environment, role satisfaction and training and development.
According to the HSJ, many of our staff are satisfied with the quality of the work they can deliver and would recommend the trust as a place to work and receive treatment.
Our staff are dedicated and 71% put in extra hours but are rewarded with clear career development, said the HSJ.
Neighbouring trusts that also made the top 100 include UCLH, Moorfields Eye Hospital and Homerton University Hospital.
