Today, Tuesday 6 June, we are asking our patients, families, carers and visitors: 'What matters to you?' to help us improve the care we deliver.
‘What matters to you?’ is an international movement which originated from NHS Scotland as a way of breaking down barriers between staff and patients and to act as a catalyst to drive healthcare improvement.
Departments and teams across the trust will be asking the question in a number of different ways, including using message boards for parents of our youngest patients on Starlight neonatal unit at Barnet Hospital, a coffee morning with knitting for parents, carers and patients on the children's ward at the Royal Free Hospital and information stands with balloons and freebies in the reception areas at the Royal Free Hospital and Barnet Hospital.
Please follow the day’s event using the Twitter hashtag #WMTY17.
‘I value the continuing support offered by the neonatal community nursing team’.
