In some areas of the new Chase Farm Hospital there is little or no phone signal. This is due to the use of special materials used in hospital construction. 

Free WiFi is available to ensure patients, staff and visitors are able to use their mobile phones.

To access the internet select '_The Cloud' (patients and visitors) or 'RFL-Staffweb' (staff) from the list of available WiFi networks on your device – you will need to sign up before you can access the service.
