welcoming-reception-staffPatients, visitors and other external stakeholders are being invited to share their thoughts on the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust via an online survey launched this week.

As part of our constant efforts to improve patient experience we want to gain a better understanding of our reputation with various groups such as patients and visitors, our members and governors as well as employees of other NHS organisations.

Titled “What do you think of us?” the two-minute survey asks people to reveal their perceptions and experiences of the Royal Free London, as well as the way in which they interact and communicate with our service.

The results of the survey will be used to improve the way we provide patient information and help us communicate better with our stakeholders.
